Can I add new team member(s) and new location(s) in my active access licence?

Yes, you can add new member(s) and new location(s) to your active access licence within the first six months of your Access Licence validity date.

How to Apply?

1. If necessary, please contact us for advice. 

2. Prepare all supporting documents. 

3. Complete and submit the Access Licence Online Renewal Application Form. 

4. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

3. Copy of Passport/MyKad (new team members). 

4. Permission letter from the resource manager(s). The letter must mention the name of the new team member(s).
