Access licence is a licence granted by the Director to any User for access to biological resources or traditional knowledge associated
with biological resources whether in-situ or ex-situ in Sabah for the purpose of non-commercial research.

Export licence is a licence granted by the Director to any User to take out any biological resources or traditional knowledge associated
with biological resources out of Sabah for the purpose of non-commercial research.
What is an Access Licence (Commercial)?
Access licence (Commercial) is a licence granted by the Sabah Biodiversity Council to any User for access to biological resources or
traditional knowledge associated with biological resources whether in-situ or ex-situ in Sabah for the purpose of commercial research
and implemented under the access and benefit sharing agreement.
What is an Export Licence (Commercial)?
Export licence (Commercial) is a licence granted by the Sabah Biodiversity Council to any User to take out any biological resources or
traditional knowledge associated with biological resources out of Sabah for the purpose of commercial research and implemented
under the access and benefit sharing agreement.
